Tottenham Hotspur Supports Community Sport Projects in Seven Sisters

Feb 4 2013 - 11:27am

National Grid have teamed up with the Tottenham Hotspur Foundation  The partnership is enabling local charities and community groups to apply for staffing support supplied by Tottenham Hotspur Foundation to create sport & physical activity projects. In the year after we saw the Olympic and Paralympic games come to London and many financial changes to local sports provision, National Grid is supporting Tottenham to create a sporting legacy.

The ENERGISE 'Eade Road' project aims to increase levels of sport participation and improve the health and wellbeing of local people by providing support to community groups in running sport or physical activities, whether a new idea or part of an existing organisation or charity.
